In an effort to start off the season, the softball team will have their first home scrimmage on Feb. 2 against Crowley High School.

“If we keep our head in the game, know the teams’ strengths and weaknesses (who) we beat in the past, we will be able to go far,” senior Alyssa Hill said.

Varsity will play first.

“We’re going to do pretty good, ” Hill said. “We just have to stay focus.”

The game will start at 5:30p.m.

Head Girls Softball Coach Michael Williams said he hopes the girls will go further into playoffs.

“They’re going to do really well on Tuesday,” he said. “There coming together as a team and working really hard.”
