Apple Releases 3 New Devices

Apple has proven its superiority yet again with the release, or in one case upcoming release of three new devices. The company has given its users far more than what was expected. The new Apple operating system, iOS 8, which originally came out on Sept. 17, finally has the second update to fix the initial bugs.

The updates include numerous changes that alter the way users now navigate their devices. Starting with the new timer added onto the camera. One can now set how long they want the lens to capture photos. The time lapse can be set to either three or 10 seconds.

Messaging has also improved with its quicker response capability. When receiving a message, users can now pull down the tab above to quickly reply to a message. Instead of just sending a text, picture or video message you can now add audio to the list.

Another interesting modification involving Siri is sure to gain some popularity. All you have to do is play Siri any song you don’t know. She, or he, will listen to it and tell you the name and artist of the song. Siri is expected to be able to do even more on the next Apple creation.

The second product is the new iPhone 6 that was released on Sept.19. The set price for a 16 GB is about $200 with your personal phone carrier. There is no longer a 32 GB option but every version higher than 16 GB will cost $100 more. The device is 4.7 inches, which is .7 inches bigger than the iPhone 5. The product is also thinner. This happens to be the largest and thinnest version yet.

With a 1334×750 resolution, the display on the phone is the best it has ever been. Just like the previous phones, it comes in many colors. The camera has improved a great deal with its new iSight. This camera has a new sensor and video features that now come with 1080p HD.

The updated phone even comes with a fingerprint passcode. Apple is calling it the most secure way to access your phone. You’ll use your fingerprint to make purchases from iTunes, iBooks and the App Store.

The final item Apple is preparing to release in early 2015 is the new Apple Watch. It is estimated to cost around $350. The device is a touch screen watch and similar to an iPhone in many ways. There are a variety of apps on the device such as: Siri, a health app, music, photos, maps, weather, mail and much more.

When it comes to the actual concept of time there are over two million ways to view the time. The company has created a wide variety of designs to set your watch display to. The watch will even “tap” the individual in order to notify them when a new message is received.

The device also comes with a built in Walkie-Talkie and fitness tracker. The fitness tracker displays three rings: one for calories, one for exercise and the last for the amount of inactivity that has occurred. Another feature on the fitness app is that it transfers your progress to your iPhone, automatically keeping track for you.

With so many exciting new materials that seem to have come out all at once, you often wonder what else Apple could have up their sleeves for the future.
