Places to Go for Spring Break Fun

Tayia Anderson, Staff Writer

Thanksgiving and Christmas Breaks are more family-oriented, which is why Spring

Break has always been my favorite. It’s the time off where you’re actually supposed

to go out and have some fun with your friends.

I know money is tight for many, so if you don’t have the funds to go to other cities

for Spring Break, here are a few places in the area.

Urban Air

This place is 25,000 square feet of indoor trampoline fun. Urban Air is a good place

for people of all ages to come and jump from wall-to-wall. There are six different

trampolines to choose from, there’s the Apex, the Bowl, the Foam Pit, the Dodgeball

Arena, the Runway and the Slam Dunk. My favorite trampoline is the Dodgeball

Arena because you get to battle other people. This awesome place has affordable

and awesome prices!

Price for Adults and Kids ages 6+:

2 Hours-$20

1 Hour-$12

Six Flags

This place has a little something for everyone with over 40 rides for your

amusement and thrills. Besides the rides there are other attractions such as the Sky

Coaster, go-karts, games and Bugs Bunny Boomtown. My favorite part of this

thrilling place is probably the games because they have cute prizes.

Prices:

General Admission – $67

Children Under 48” – $52

Round One

This place is all about different ways for everyone to have fun. There is bowling,

karaoke, arcade, billiards, darts and ping-pong. This place is great because it can

keep you busy all day. My favorite part has to be the karaoke because I could sing for

days. There are many different prices, so their website would be the best place to

find all of them.
