In order to raise money for HOG Week, the annual Cinderfella was held last, in the Varsity Gym.

“It was a really good crowd,” teacher, and judge, Nicole Collins said. “We didn’t know it would be this packed.”

Senior Dallas Rozales said he was anxious about Cinderfella, a male pageant for juniors and seniors.

“I was really nervous about my singing, but I figured, ‘Why not do something memorable my senior year?’” he said.

After getting the best overall score in the swimsuit competition, the talent portion, and the interview, senior Colin Hadnot was crowned Mr. Cinderfella.

“I wasn’t necessarily expecting to win; I just wanted to have a good time,” Hadnot said. “I was just happy to come out and enjoy myself with my friends.”

Mr. Crowd Favorite was awarded to senior Alex Torres, which was his second year in a row for the honor, while senior Colin Hadnot won Mr. Congeniality.

“At the end of the day it’s for HOG Week, and that’s what really matters,” he said. “It encourages us to give and help others around us. It was a really humbling experience.”
