Tickets to attend the upcoming homecoming dance on Saturday, Sept. 30 from 7-11 p.m., in the Commons are on sale now through Wednesday for $25.
“I loved homecoming very much last year,” junior Hailey Le said. “I was at the dance with my circle of friends, and it made me feel comfortable.”
Tickets can be purchased online by scanning a QR code or link from a message sent through Skyward.
“Compared to other schools, the price of HOCO tickets are great,” junior Jaden Mota said. “I would definitely recommend attending to anyone thinking about going.”
The price rises to $35, if purchased after Sept. 20.
“We spent a lot of money on snacks, but the tickets are definitely worth the price,” Le said. “Most of the night was just dancing.”
Students who decide to invite a non-THS student guest have to fill out the forms of approval sent through Skyward before Sept. 19, at noon.
“Last homecoming I brought a guest, my friend, who attended Summit High School at the time,” Mota said. “Homecoming was a great time. I had so much fun.”
The homecoming theme is “Groovy ‘70s Era with a Modern 2023 Twist.” Dress up days include a dress as their favorite artist day on Tuesday and a tie-dye day on Thursday.
Senior Nhi Truong said, “I’m excited to attend homecoming to see what the theme is going to look like and how different it will be from last year.”
