The choir will host their annual Coffee House fundraiser on Friday, Dec. 6 in the Commons, with tickets already on sale for $15 each. This year the event will include spaghetti along with desert.

“I try to audition every year because I love participating in Coffee House,” junior Hannah Phan said. “Last year I sang a duet.”

Auditions were held in order to find an ensemble of students to participate.

“I was really excited when I found out that I could participate,” she said. “Though part of me wasn’t too surprised because I know my group is very talented.”

The students have taken to preparing for the show both in school and on their own time.

“Practice, practice and more practice,” she said. “ I have to admit I’m a very slow learner when it comes to dancing. I know I don’t have the natural talent of my peers, but I want to do my very best, so I’ve practiced over the break.”

Tickets will be on sale at the door.

She said, “I’m most looking forward to seeing all the performers and volunteers dressed in their Sunday best, I want to enjoy dinner and a show.”
