Tactical Shooting Game Differs From Most

Are you tired of the fast-paced shooting games out today? Most of them are already hard to keep up with, and cause a lot of people to become angry as a single mistake can cost you your life. If you are and want to play a more tactical shooter instead, then Ghost Recon Online is a good choice to provide this entertainment.

Created by Ubisoft Singapore, the game is completely free on the PC, which is the only device that supports the game at this time. It is also said that it would be released for the Wii U as well, but that project has been put on hold multiple times. Despite this, the game is very successful for being on just one platform.

Ghost Recon Online, abbreviated as GRO, is a shooting game based on working together with your team to take out enemies and dominated the battlefield in three different game modes. These modes are Holdout, Conquest, and Onslaught, each having a different experience than the other. Another aspect of the game is its advanced level of character customization. Along with different armor types, you can also buy new weapons with Requisition Points (RP) or Ghost Coins (GC) and add your own attachments to them to make them fit your own personal play style.

As I played Ghost Recon, I noticed that some people were getting more kills than other players. At first I thought they were just really good, but then I did some research on these players and found out why they had pinpoint accuracy. These people were hacking the game with aimbots, which causes your character to automatically aim at an enemy and shoot for you. This method is used to rack up points extremely quickly so you can gain in-game currency faster, but it is an unfair advantage and causes frustration in a lot of players that play the game fairly. Fortunately, this is seen rarely in the game, so most of the time you will forget that they even exist.

Ghost Recon Online is a fun alternative to the fast paced games of today. It allows you to focus more during gameplay, making it enjoyable for most people who play it. Even with the constant threat of hackers in the game, Ghost Recon Online deserves a 4.7 out of 5 in my review.
