PSTA Selling Cookies
In order to raise money for the senior class, cookies are being sold by the Parent Student Teacher Association (PSTA) on Fridays during lunch in the Commons.
“The money goes to after prom (activities) and scholarships because they spend a good amount of money on it,” Parent Involvement Liaison Eric Hurst said.
Hurst said that some of the money will go directly back to the students.
“The scholarships are very important for those students who are going to at higher level of education,” he said.
This semester they are sticking to the original flavors.
“I ordered Chocolate Chip, M&M, Sugar, Macadamia Nut and Snickerdoodle,” PSTA volunteer Sheila Dunn said.
The cookies are two for $1.
“I love the cookies,” senior Isaiah Wills said. “They are two thumbs up.”
