‘Fast-Paced’ Rosa’s Cafe Makes Quality Food

Rosa’s Cafe, originating from San Angelo in 1983, has extended its restaurant chain to Mansfield.

Originating from San Angelo in 1983, Rosa’s Café has finally come to Mansfield. With a line out the door, the new restaurant has definitely lived up to the standards that were set by the other stores in its chain.

One factor that Rosa’s has is its’ fast-paced environment. When I first walked in, I quickly noticed how full the restaurant was. Despite the crowded, hectic environment, the staff did a good job of getting orders to customers quickly and efficiently, which was great considering the amount of customers they were serving.

Readers who decide to visit Rosa’s will also find that their food isn’t just quickly made, it’s also good. This is strange because most restaurants are either really good at getting food out quickly but aren’t great in quality or they make great food but sacrifice time. This isn’t the case with Rosa’s. The food was both quickly made and tasty.

For those who like spicy foods, the tamales are a great choice. Another plus for those who like to eat seasoned foods is that the drinks are self-served because customers will probably need multiple refills. For readers who don’t have a tolerance for spicy foods, the chicken fajitas are an awesome substitute.

After visiting Rosa’s twice, I was amazed at how clean the tables were. On my second visit, one of the staff members insisted on cleaning the table before I sat down. It’s a good change since most fast-paced restaurants don’t put as much effort into keeping things clean.

Rosa’s, located at 2601 East Broad Street, may be a little too fast-paced for people, but it can’t really be avoided considering the amount of people that go there to eat. It will eventually calm down and the crowds will fade. The fajitas are an excellent choice for the price, which can be a little high for teens. Despite the fact that Rosa’s revolves around a very busy environment, readers will find that they still get quality food in a short amount of time making Rosa’s Café an excellent choice.
